Rossy has over 20 years of professional experience. She has worked as an executive in international business. Holds a postgraduate degree from the University of Miami (UM) with an emphasis on Business Management, along with certifications in Senior Management, Leadership, and Human Talent from FIM/FIU. In 2009, she founded her own company, DII INTERNATIONAL LLC. In 2015, she established the COSTA RICA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE USA.

Pablo Fernández, born in San José, Costa Rica, has developed as a young leader in the South Florida community from an early age. His background and performance have spanned different sectors giving him a combination of unique talents.

Collaborative leader with government and private sector experience, overseeing high-impact programs in the U.S. and abroad.

RICARDO brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, having honed his skills as an Insurance Consulting Specialist. Her Mission is to simplify the complexities of insurance and empower you with the knowledge to make informed decisions.

Kenneth is known as “The most Tico Tico in Miami”, who will be in charge of the Cultural Area on our Board of Directors. Kenneth was born in Costa Rica, originally from Escazú. He came to Miami in 1980, 42 years ago, and studied at Lindsey Hopkins Technical College. Kenneth is known for very proudly carrying the culture and representing Costa Rican values.

Carolina is a speaker, communicator and graduated as a Professional Life Coach in the city of Miami, Florida.She is a producer and News presenter.She is a book editorHe has also worked as a commercial voice for advertising agencies and has recorded for different radio stations in the United States and Latin America.

She is a Communicator and has a degree in Advertising from the Universidad Latina. She is a Consultant for DII International, she was a professor at the main private universities in Costa Rica and Director of the Degree in Advertising Design and Advertising at the American University (UAM). She has extensive marketing experience.

Kenneth is an international speaker, founder of Tiempo de Emprender, graphic designer, and mentor. He is a certified coach by CENEC Mexico and advisor in entrepreneurship, business growth, innovation, and business training. He leads the Forming Successful Entrepreneurs program and has extensive experience working with youth in schools and universities.

Attorney authorized to practice in Florida and Costa Rica. Holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and an LL.M. in International Taxation from the University of Miami. With over 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance and asset management, she has worked with investment firms, funds, and stockbrokers. Speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
